Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business development plans in the regions to meet sales and other commercial targets
• Manage launch plans for new car models and new markets across the region
• Develop and manage distributor partners across the region
• Periodical Reports on the market insights, competitor dynamics in the region
• Implement all related programs and activities in close alignment with other functions
• Execute and measure operating standards to ensure constant compliance

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration or similar qualification
• Several years of experience within Sales or business development
• Deep understanding of automotive distributor markets and operation
• Proven in steering and influencing senior stakeholders and management structures
• Fluent in English and two of the market relevant languages
