The R&D Deployment Scientist will participate in projects linking formula and processing activities to brand strategy, targets, and problem resolution methods, demonstrating rigor and deep organizational knowledge while embedding sustainability into all actions.Work areaPomeziaContractual situationFixed-term contract.ResponsabilitThe main activities include:Develop technical expertise in product design/formulation and process development/process scale-up.Operate with technical direction.Participate in cross-functional project team discussions, defining and coordinating deliverables (e.g., R&D).Coordinate with end-to-end R&D functions to define the execution pathway and ensure deliverables stay on track.Draft and execute peer-reviewed manuscripts and technical reports.Follow standards and quality, medical, and regulatory requirements.Functie-eisenThe ideal candidate should have:A master''s degree.1-2 years of experience in a similar role.Experience and understanding of formulated products is preferred.Experience in cosmetics, OTC, or pharmaceutical sectors is preferred.Fluent written and spoken English skills.Project management skills.The ability to develop understanding of formulation technology and chemical science.The ability to optimize formulated ingredients to meet cost objectives and manage raw material availability.La ricerca rivolta ai candidati ambosessi (L.903/77).
