RESPONSIBILITIESSupervise & schedule daily activities and ensure execution of incoming inspection of raw materials or finished goodsSet-up schedules for job kitting, and ensure kit visibility report is updated daily. Supervise cycle counting of kits returned from manufacturing and subcontractors plus appropriate system transactions.Ensure good housekeeping of warehouse, including labeling and intelligent organization of materialsSupervise weekly cycle count process and report relevant discrepancies in timely manner to the Operation Manager**Ensure, and maintain the**: security, and efficiency within the materials warehouse by following established policy and procedures (as well as suggestions for process improvements).WORK EXPERIENCEThree years in an inventory environment**Must have an OSSD (High School diploma), and the following**:Previous exposure to sectors of the electronics industry.Knowledge of perpetual inventory control methods, and project managementBasic Math and Computer skills (software applications and data entry)EDUCATION / COMPETANCE**Must have an OSSD (High School diploma), and the following**:Previous exposure to sectors of the electronics industry.Knowledge of perpetual inventory control methods, and project managementBasic Math and Computer skills (software applications and data entry)
