Role Mission: Be in charge of the European retail channel, overseeing all current DOS boutiques (Milan, Villa dEste, Rome, Capri, Venice, Geneva, Paris) and leading future openings such as Monaco and London within the current fiscal year. Manage sales programs and develop mid- and long-term sales strategies aligned with the Maison''s overall strategy for Europe. Contribute to network strategy formulation and negotiations. Manage the sales team to meet retail sales and profit objectives. Establish procedures and oversee sales forecasts.Key responsibilitiesNetwork Performance ManagementEnsure retail sales targets are metParticipate in network strategy and lease negotiations with landlords, aligned with the Maisons and markets'' global strategies, under the supervision of the Maison CCODevelop the retail component of the markets strategic and 3-year plansSet boutique sales targets in consultation with local departments such as MarketingAnalyze market KPIs and identify priority actions to achieve targets and grow businessApprove and assess the feasibility of boutique Commercial Action PlansMonitor and follow up on the implementation of these plansEnsure the highest standards of boutique operations, including client service and boutique standardsEnsure compliance with central policies, procedures, and local lawsMaintain and promote the Maisons standards for client experience across the networkSupport the deployment of tools to enhance retail operations and boutique performanceTeam Management & DevelopmentOversee recruitment, performance evaluations, feedback, succession planning, and coachingFoster a positive, collaborative team environmentCoordinate staffing schedules to meet business needsClienteling & Business DevelopmentWork with the strategic marketing team to develop boutique CRM capabilities and manage client portfoliosRepresent the Maison and the market at events and with VIP clientsJob Profile:Proven experience in luxury retail management with a record of achieving and surpassing sales targetsStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent sales, customer service, communication, and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and problem-solving abilitiesPassionate, driven, with a strong work ethicDeep understanding of the luxury market and Vherniers brand valuesAbout the companyRichemont is committed to long-term growth, nurturing craftsmanship, innovation, and creativity across its Maisons and businesses.NoticeTalentify is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
