Overview:
We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team in The Hague. This is a short-term contract role with potential for extension. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, particularly in Call Center operations, and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to Salesforce and Call Center operations
- Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and functional specs
- Work with Salesforce Service Cloud to support configuration, customization, and testing
- Collaborate with developers and product teams in an Agile environment
- Lead workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings
- Ensure timely delivery of Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives
Requirements:
- Fluent in Dutch (written and spoken)
- Experience in Call Center or Customer Service environments
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce, especially Service Cloud
- Background in consulting and Agile projects
- Skilled in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
