Responsibilities: - Be an effective leader within theteam, motivating build a team of highly capable retailprofessionals within all aspects of their role. - Responsible forthe coordination of Field Account Management and Promotorsoperating at national level in the main stores of the mostimportant Key Accounts. - Work in agreement with the Retail teamand the Training Manager to deliver a consumer-oriented approach tothe entire retail domain. - Develop the guidelines for placing thePoint-of-sales-materials inside the stores in agreement with theRetail Team. - Responsible for the implementation of targets forthe Xiaomi display structures within the stores for main retailers.- Develop the strategy with Field Account Management and Promotorteam to obtain the best result of perfect in-store execution. -Responsible for the sell-out performance driven by the salesactivities within the stores. - Responsible for identifying areaswith poor sales performance other than critical issues andproblems, reporting any solutions and actions directly to theRetail Director. - Prepare and attend regular Field Force meetings,presenting key information and results about your team. - Activelycommunicate the wider business strategy to the team. Requirements:- University degree in Marketing, Business Administration orrelevant majors. - Italian and English Proficient . - Has a strongbackground in consumer electronics (smartphone category and/orconsumer electronics will be considered a plus). - Knows perfectlythe visibility guidelines of the main channels like Operator storesand Key-Retailers. - Proven Leadership skills to manage a RetailOperations team. Strong retail knowledge and sales skills in orderto lead the team. - Strong analytical ability. Organizational andplanning ability. Solutions oriented and excellent team-worker. -Computer literate with knowledge of all Microsoft Officeapplications especially Excel and PowerPoint. - A confident andassertive communicator with strong influencing and negotiationskills. Creative and innovative in approach to problemsolving.
