CONTEXT In a context of growth, we are looking for a HR Director France for our agencies : Atelier Athem, Atelier Lum, Bureau Betak, Lefty, Cztar, Bureau Future, Kitty Events, Kitten, k2, Karla Otto and The Independents holding. Reporting the Global HRD, you will manage a team of 4 people : a HR Manager, a Payroll and Admin Assistant and her intern and a Talent Acquisition Manager. MISSIONS Develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy that supports the company''s mission, vision, and values across all subsidiaries Collaborate with senior leadership to align people initiatives with business goals and drive organizational effectiveness globally Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding, ensuring consistent practices across all subsidiaries Lead the design and implementation of talent development and succession planning programs to foster growth opportunities worldwide Develop and manage compensation and benefits programs that are competitive and compliant with local regulations in each subsidiary Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations in each country of operation and maintain up-to-date HR policies and procedures Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across all subsidiaries Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance improvement, while respecting cultural differences Implement and leverage HR technology and systems to streamline HR processes globally and enhance data-driven decision-making PROFILE Bachelor''s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master''s degree preferred) Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in HR, with at least 5 years in leadership roles and if possible a period of time in the luxury environment Proven track record in developing and implementing people strategies aligned with organizational goals Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization Demonstrated ability to navigate complex employee relations issues and provide effective guidance and solutions Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions to people-related challenges Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams Proficient in HR systems and technology, with the ability to leverage data for insights and decision-making
