In collaboration with a biopharmaceutical client in Leiden, I am looking for a Maintenance Engineer, focused on clean utilities. ABOUT THE ROLE You will support the Business System Owner (BSO) for the clean water systems (WDI, WFI) and HVAC, BMS EMS. Your responsibilities include: Asset Management: Managing the GMP water and HVAC, BMS EMS asset package to ensure optimal reliability, quality, and cost-effectiveness of utility systems. Investment Planning: Collaborating with maintenance and engineering departments for long-term investment plans and CAPEX reservations. Presenting investment plans during budget rounds with input from the BSO. Change Management (MoC): Involved in design, commissioning, and qualification. Assessing impact, feasibility, and data validity of proposed changes. Operational Readiness: Supporting engineering projects and ensuring operational readiness and GMP compliance of HVAC, BMS, and EMS systems. Compliance: Ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements (GMP, EHS, FIN, Manufacturing Asset Management). YOUR PROFILE HBO work and thinking level, preferably with a technical background At least 2 years in a highly regulated (pharmaceutical/GMP) industry GMP systems and requirements. WDI/WFI, HVAC systems, and their control strategies (BMS - primary requirement for HVAC). Reading and editing PIDs. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
