Our client multinational Project Management consultantis looking for a Project Control Manager to join their Milano HQ.Job Title: Project Control Manager Reports To: Project Director,Project Managers Job Summary: The Project Control Manager isresponsible for planning, scheduling, and reporting all projectactivities, ensuring effective project controls, and maintainingfull transparency within the company. This role involves closecoordination with internal departments, clients, employers, andcontractors to ensure project success. Key Responsibilities:Project Planning and Scheduling: - Develop, implement, and managethe master project schedule. - Monitor all construction activitiesto ensure alignment with project timelines. - Perform resourceplanning and staff scheduling. - Establish project controlmechanisms to track progress and efficiency. Reporting &Performance Monitoring: - Create and manage internal and externalproject reports. - Review and evaluate performance standard models(KPIs). - Monitor and report project performance against KPIs. -Regularly update and track project risks using log sheets. Budgetand Scope Control: - Support project budget management and costcontrol. - Manage and control project scope to prevent deviations.- Oversee and coordinate change orders to ensure they align withproject objectives. Stakeholder Communication, Coordination: -Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensurecompliance with project schedules and performance standards. -Conduct weekly or bi-weekly project status reports for internaloffice updates. - Ensure seamless collaboration between differentproject stakeholders. Additional Responsibilities: - Assist in thedevelopment of risk mitigation strategies. - Ensure adherence tocompany policies and contractual obligations. -Perform other dutiesas assigned by the Senior Project Control Manager. Qualificationsand Skills: - Proven experience in project controls, planning, andscheduling. - Strong knowledge of project management methodologiesand tools. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, andcommunication skills. - Proficiency in project management software(e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project). - Ability to work collaborativelywith cross-functional teams.
