Sarai un membro chiave del nostro team, dove sarai responsabile di fornire un elevato livello di assistenza post-vendita e supporto tecnico ai nostri clienti. Attivit principali: Ti occuperai del servizio post vendita da remoto, tramite mail e telefono; Fornirai un supporto tecnico di alta qualit ai clienti, individuando le soluzioni pi adatte grazie alle competenze che acquisirai sui prodotti VELUX; Supporterai i tecnici presenti sul territorio; Gestirai tutte le fasi di registrazione sul sistema gestionale informatico necessarie per la corretta evasione delle assistenze (analisi delle richieste, inserimento ordini di ricambi, rendicontazione periodica); Il candidato ideale presenta: Diploma tecnico o laurea breve in ingegneria o esperienza equivalente in ambito supporto tecnico; Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office; Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata); Capacit di relazione e comunicazione con interlocutori differenti, autonomia e proattivit; Attenzione al dettaglio e senso delle priorit; Capacit di lavorare in team; Sede di Lavoro: Colognola ai colli, Verona Cosa offriamo: Far parte di una azienda certificata Great Place to Work; Una forte cultura del work-life balance data dalle nostre origini Scandinave; Altri benefici; La ricerca rivolta ad ambosessi ai sensi della L.903/77 e L.125/91 e si intende aperta anche al collocamento mirato ex L. 68/1999.
