Personal & Sales Assistant to Managing Director | Marbella-Based | Full or Part-Time

Affinity Property Group is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking assistant to support our Managing Director across both personal and business-related tasks. This is a varied and fast-paced role with the opportunity to grow within a high-performing real estate team.
Role Overview:
As the right-hand to the Managing Director, your responsibilities will span:
Executive Assistance diary management, travel arrangements, task coordination
Sales Support assisting with enquiries, client follow-up, CRM updates
Admin & Compliance document management, preparing forms, basic legal/admin follow-up
Client Engagement supporting on viewings, translating (if needed), and ensuring smooth communication
Youll be a great fit if you:
Are fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
Have sales acumen and a proactive mindset
Are highly organised, reliable, and solutions-focused
Have a strong grasp of administrative processes
Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
