We use both quantitative and qualitative assessments to provide timely information on key political drivers around the world and to highlight global trends.**Job Description**:Lead process improvement (and subsequently, process design) teams to rigorously apply the Six Sigma process improvement and design methodologies, and achieve business results.Duties and ResponsibilitiesApplication of all aspects of program/project management, combined with the ability to learn the business partner/clients business, systems and operations and bring the voice of the customer into the project.Works with multi-disciplined teams in the use of SS (Six Sigma) using DMAIC or PMP Leads problem-solving projects and train and coach project teams.Manages and leads process management and process improvement efforts for tactical and strategic projects.Uses project management and facilitation skills to consistently achieve business results within project and/or process deadlines.Assures that strategic planning and policy deployment of the strategic plan is facilitated and completed in an objective fashion.Qualifications/Requirements1-5 years of Project/Change Management or equivalent experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Project).Team facilitation and leadership skills.Excellent verbal and written communication/ presentation skills.Special RequirementsEvening/night shift work required at times depending on project needs.Headquartered in New York, we have offices in Washington, DC, and London, as well as on-the-ground experts and resources in more than a hundred countries.
