You will: 1. Develop and Execute DTCMarketing Strategy for EMEA: Create and implement a comprehensiveDTC retail &, ecomm marketing vision. This includesoverseeing the application of global seasonal directives''developing retail experiences toolkits &, executionguidelines'' and driving business growth and brand equity acrossEMEA Retail fleet &, Ecomm. 2. Lead EMEA Retail MarketingStrategy and Execution: Build'' drive'' and monitor retail marketingplans and tools related to store openings'' refits'' traffic-drivinginitiatives'' windows'' 4-wall marketing'' and'' crucially'' visualmerchandising. Ensure strategic planning and execution of keyinitiatives'' while managing budgets to align with strategicpriorities and maximize ROI. 3. Lead EMEA Ecommerce MarketingStrategy and Execution: Ensure a best in class roll-out of contentbehind campaigns'' product marketing'' and digital innovation tocreate a delightful consumer experience'' build brand equity'' anddrive conversion online. Assist in optimizing the Vans digitalecosystem'' including product storytelling'' on-site experience'' andpersonalized marketing initiatives to enhance engagement andconversion. OptimizeMarketing spend and drive innovation across DTC channels'' ensureon-time deliverable of physical and digital assets'' and trackperformance and return on investment.
