Job DescriptionPosition: Sr. Business AnalystWe are seeking a highly skilledSenior Business Analyst or Consultantwith deep expertise inMicrosoft Dynamics 365 Finance Operations, specifically inFinance modules(GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Project Accounting, etc.).This role will act as a key link between Finance stakeholders and IT, responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, designing solutions, system configuration and supporting implementation and continuous improvement of financial systems on the D365 FO platform.Key Responsibilities:Serve as theprimary liaisonbetween Finance stakeholders and the technical delivery team for D365 FO.Lead requirements gathering workshops,analyse business processes, and translate them into functional specifications.Configure and supportD365 FO Finance modules, including COA, Financial Dimension, Module setup, General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Bank, Budgeting, PR/PO Workflow, and Cost Accounting.Develop and maintainprocess documentation, Functional Requirement Documents, test scripts, work instruction manual and training materials.Works with the technical developer for system enhancements, ensuring the timely delivery of the customization and all requirements being metSupport finance users throughUAT, post go-live stabilization, andcontinuous improvements .Drivedata validation, reconciliations, and assist in financial reporting integration (Power BI, Snowflake, etc. if applicable).Assists in uploading of master files and downloading of reportsAssists users in requirements gathering and testing of Power BI reportsCollaborate withcross-functional teams(IT, FPA, Operations) to ensure finance system capabilities align with business strategy.Support internal and externalaudits, compliance (e.G. SOX), and internal controls via system design.Participate in the roadmap planning and rollout of new D365 features or enhancements.Manage vendors or partners delivering D365-related services.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field. CPA or equivalent is a plus.Minimum5+ yearsof experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant withhands-on D365 FO Finance moduleexpertise.Strong understanding of financial processes and controls (e.G., Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report).Proven experience inend-to-end D365 implementation or upgrade projects .Familiarity withdata structures, reporting (Power BI), and system integrations.Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Experience withproject delivery methodologies(Agile, Waterfall).Self-driven, detail-oriented, and excellent problem-solving skills.Preferred Experience (Nice to Have):Exposure toglobal rolloutsand localization (e.G., tax, legal, multi-currency).Experience withworkflow automationand Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate).Knowledge ofChange Managementand Finance transformation best practices.About the CompanyLifeStyles has a history dating back to 1905when Eric Ansell first started making condoms in Richmond Australia.Today LifeStyles is a Global leader in the sexual wellness sector, comprising a broad range of condoms, personal lubricants, and other related products and other products in over 60 countries.Owning a large portfolio of trademarks, LifeStyles manufactures and commercialises its products either under leading global non-latex condom brands SKYN under its local heroes such as LifeStyles, Manix, Unimil, and Blowtex and Control.Outside of branded products, the Company also supports universities, NGOs, and other organizations as part of a broader effort to promote sexual health and prevent the spread of STDs and STIs.
