Unox SpA, a market leader in the design and production of professional ovens, certified as a Great Place to Work Italy for the seventh consecutive year, is looking for a Subsidiaries Accountant to join the Administration Team at Unox SpA headquarters.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance and training to the administrative teams of the subsidiaries, ensuring the adoption of best business practices.
- Support the preparation of the subsidiaries'' quarterly financial statements, ensuring compliance with deadlines and Group accounting standards.
- Collaborate in the quarterly and annual reporting process, collecting and consolidating financial data to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Monitor administrative activities, ensuring compliance with internal processes and local regulations.
- Prepare key financial reports, including the Group''s net financial position and working capital.
- Manage general accounting, credit monitoring, accounts payable, treasury, and expense reimbursements for the assigned subsidiaries.
- Communicate and collaborate with the central administrative team, subsidiary managers, external auditors, consultants, and local authorities.
- Support audit activities and tax filings for the subsidiaries in coordination with local consultants.
Requirements:
- Education: Degree in economics (recent graduate or with some work experience).
- Languages: Excellent command of English (both written and spoken). French, German, or Spanish is a plus.
- Technical skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative team spirit.
- Ability to manage tasks independently with attention to detail.
- Adaptability to a dynamic, international environment.
- Willingness to travel abroad.
