Then, join us as a Test Development Engineer for our Green Industrial Power (GIP) division where we empower a world of unlimited GREEN energy!!As a Test Development Engineer, you will develop and implement test procedures for gate drivers and integrated power switch modules, ensuring the functionality and safety of our products. You will work closely with the project team spread around the world.In your new role you will:Be responsible for developing Test packages (test programs and hardware) for productivity and quality improvement drivesDeep dive technically and debug test program issues to ensure timely deliveriesDevelop innovative solutions for high parallel testing, new methodologies to improve coverage and test time, and more efficient program structuresDocument and validate test applications to ensure compliance with IC specifications and test program release requirementsEnsure timely transfer of engineering and production test packages for wafer sort and final (packaged) test to various testing locationsYou are a creative problem-solver who strives to deliver high-quality results by thinking outside the box and exploring unconventional approaches.
