Influx Search is againpartnering with a pioneering wastewater technology software companyto find a Project Manager to oversee the installation anddeployment of real-time monitoring solutions across Italy. Whatsthe job? This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you will beresponsible for managing hardware installations, working withoperational partners and ensuring smooth project execution. Youllcollaborate closely with the Customer Success Management (CSM) teamand play a key role in developing strong relationships with clientsand contractors. Your key responsibilities will include: -Overseeing hardware installation within wastewater networks(manholes, flow meters, level meters, etc.). - Managing multipleongoing projects across Italy. - Establishing and maintainingstrong relationships with operational partners and utility clients.- Supporting the identification and onboarding of local contractorsfor new projects. - Providing training to ensure partners areproficient in deploying and maintaining the system. - Ensuringproject timelines and objectives are met, while maintaining dataintegrity and compliance. Who are we looking for? The idealcandidate will have a strong technical background in wastewater,utilities, or capital project management. Were particularlyinterested in those with: - Hands-on wastewater industry experience pre-treatment/sampling knowledge is a plus. - Project managementexpertise, particularly with CAPEX projects. - Experience workingwith flow meters, level meters, smart covers, or similar hardware.- GIS software experience (preferred, but not essential). -Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to workindependently. - Ability to travel 30-50% of the time.
