We are seeking a skilled individual with extensive experience and deep industry knowledge, who understands customer needs, business models, and issues, to become their trusted advisor.This role focuses on identifying IT and business needs, proposing IT transformations and innovations, defining change roadmaps, architecting feasible solutions, validating them with customers, and bridging into DXC solutions.This Client-facing Senior IT Advisor WillProactively build relationships to share credible ideas, insights, and experience, enabling our customers to leverage technology.Drive a consultative selling approach related to financial services industry trends and challenges.Mobilize DXC experts to showcase technical capabilities and solutions across various stacks from Applications, Analytics to Digital Engineering.Identify value-adding opportunities within DXC and its partner ecosystem.Leverage knowledge of clients IT estates and challenges to review, propose, validate, and qualify relevant projects for business optimization and digital innovation.Interact with key customer stakeholders to seek validation and sponsorship for solutions and roadmaps.Contribute to DXCs viewpoints for the financial services industry.Coordinate deal team efforts with sponsorship from Sales Manager/Director.Develop deal timelines and ensure team meets milestones and deadlines.Assist in opportunity qualification and risk assessment.Validate and endorse technical solutions, working with delivery teams to ensure feasibility.Lead pursuit teams in developing compelling value propositions, analyzing business drivers and risks.The Candidate Profile Should Demonstrate The Following SkillsTechnical expertise in outlining technology strategies for assigned customers.Knowledge of industry environment, trends, processes, and business relations.Experience in collaboration, communication, and influencing key senior managers.Leadership skills to inspire senior managers, drive results, and foster team building with agile management.7-10 years of experience in selling IT services and outsourcing.Proven hunter profile comfortable prospecting new clients.Experience selling large deals (> $5M) in Application and Digital transformation for enterprise clients.Track record of exceeding sales quotas and revenue objectives.Ability to build strong relationships with business and technical stakeholders.Fluent in Italian and English, with strong communication skills.Passion for technology enabling digital transformation.Solution-oriented, with business development skills.Team player capable of forming alliances across boundaries.Effective influencing and communication skills.Ability to handle high workloads, extensive travel, and short deadlines.Work LocationMilan, with remote work possibility.Additional InformationBeware of recruitment fraud.
