ERP Business ProcessAnalyst Functieomschrijving The scope of responsibilities for thisjob include: Business Process Analysis & Documentation: -Analyze and document critical pharmaceutical business processes,workflows, and business rules using BPM tools (e.g., ARIS,Signavio, Bizagi); - Leverage BPMN 2.0 and standard modelingmethodologies to map and optimize processes for compliance andefficiency; - Collaborate with global stakeholders in the USA,Netherlands, and UK to refine processes based on operational andregulatory needs.ERP System Integration; - Align business processeswith ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics 365 or SAP ERP Cloud; -Coordinate with IT and business units to ensure successful ERPimplementation, migration, and validation efforts; - Identify andaddress process gaps, recommending automation and enhancementsleveraging ERP functionalities. Process Optimization &Continuous Improvement: - Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, andprocess gaps, driving improvements based on Lean Six Sigmaprinciples; - Develop automation solutions using tools like PowerAutomate, RPA, or AI-based optimizations; - Standardize processesacross global pharmaceutical operations while ensuring regulatoryadherence. Global BPM Team Development & Leadership: - Assessglobal BPM needs and implement strategies for hiring, training, andonboarding regional BPM teams; - Establish governance frameworksfor consistency across international operations; - Facilitateknowledge sharing and promote BPM best practices globally.Stakeholder Management & Collaboration: - Serve as the primaryliaison between business and IT, ensuring alignment betweenprocesses and corporate goals; - Conduct cross-functional workshopsand training on BPM and ERP optimization; - Partner with regulatoryteams to maintain alignment with FDA, EMA, and GMP requirements.Governance, Compliance & Reporting: - Ensure all processes meetregulatory and industry standards; - Monitor and report on processKPIs using performance dashboards; - Propose data-drivenenhancements for continuous improvement and compliance. Profiel Therequested qualifications for this job include: Education &Experience: - 5+ years of experience as a Business Process Analyst,BPM Consultant, or ERP Process Analyst in the pharmaceutical orlife sciences industry; - Strong expertise in BPM tools; - Hands-onexperience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or SAP ERP Cloud; - Deepunderstanding of pharma business processes, GxP compliance, andregulated environments; - Experience in global processstandardization and optimization; - Prior experience in hiring andmanaging BPM teams globally is a plus. Skills & Competencies: -Expertise in business process optimization, automation, andgovernance; - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills forprocess reengineering; - Strong leadership and communication skillsto work with executives, IT, and operations teams globally; -Experience working in a fast-paced pharmaceutical environment withremote/multicultural teams; - Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, orLean Six Sigma methodologies.
