Lead C++ Engineer I am seeking a Lead C++ Engineer to take ownership of core software development for our robotics systems. In this role, youll guide a small team in building high-performance C++ applications, integrating hardware and sensors, and shaping the software architecture that drives intelligent robotic platforms. Key Responsibilities Design and implement core components of our robotics software stack using modern C++. Lead and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring code quality and architectural integrity. Collaborate closely with hardware teams for integration and testing on real devices. Contribute to system architecture, simulations, and code reviews. Integrate external libraries and partner software into our ecosystem. What We''re Looking For ~5+ years of experience in C++ (preferably with embedded or real-time systems). ~ Proven experience in robotics, automation, or similar domains. ~ Proficiency in Linux-based development and systems programming. ~ Familiarity with ROS or ROS 2 is a strong plus. ~ A strong focus on maintainable code, system performance, and team collaboration.
