Role Overview:

You will manage a team of Sales Field Force in the Pharmaceutical channel for the Swisse Brand in Italy. The staff under his supervision is composed by hired employees and external sales representatives. You will manage a designated region/area in the North Italy in order to achieve revenue, profit targets and client satisfaction. Ensure that team members gain the necessary skills to perform their respective job responsibilities. Achieve company sales and financial targets in line with current strategy. The role reports directly to the Commercial Director in Italy.
