We are looking for a:Business Analyst with deepexpertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & OperationsCommerce (Retail) to join our team in Switzerland. This is along-term opportunity to contribute to a major transformationinitiative in the retail domain, leveraging the power of theMicrosoft Dynamics ecosystem.The role involves close collaborationwith clients to gather and define requirements, ensuring alignmentwith business goals and system capabilities, with a focus on theCommerce module.Qualifications:Minimum 5 years experience as aBusiness Analyst, with specific focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365Finance & Operations (Commerce/Retail).Microsoft certificationsrelevant to Dynamics 365 are required.Strong experience inelaborating business requirements and managing clientcommunication.Excellent communication and interpersonalskills.Strong understanding of retail processes and Commerce modulefunctionalities.Fluent English is required; German is a strongplus.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., AzureDevOps, Jira).Experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem is aplus.Nice to Have:Previous experience working in multinational ordistributed teams.Understanding of integration points betweenDynamics 365 modules.Experience supporting digital retailtransformation initiatives.Location: SwitzerlandStart Date: Q4 2025/ Q1 2026Type of job: Remote but occasional travels are required onneed basis.We are happy to receive your application!
