For our client, a leading international company in thedesign furniture sector, we are looking for an Area SalesManager/Project Sales Manager responsible of Tuscany and Latium,reporting to the Sales Director Italy. You will act as a brandrepresentative in the retail and prescription channel. The mainobjectives are to identify and subsequently manage projects in theassigned area, including travel in the assigned area. Key Tasks andResponsibilities Promotion and sales the company products. Scope of work: Florence, Rome, Tuscany, Lazio. Management of theassigned portfolio of contacts, composed of Architects, InteriorDesigners, and Investors of the Contract channel (residential realestate, offices, and hotels). Responsible for identifying andfollowing up key designers and developers in the mentioned areaworking in the luxury real estate sector. Establish and developnew business contacts within the Contract channel (architect,interior designer, investor). Lead processing up to the creationof the opportunity, offer and final sale. Management, processingand reporting of the activity generated through CRM. Managementof own portfolio of projects (pipeline) with the objective ofreaching the agreed sales volume. Reporting to the Sales Directorand coordination with other members of the sales team. Requirements Senior profile with 5 - 10 years of experience. Commercialexperience in the prescription and contract channel. Experiencein dealing with high-end brands and products. Experience inmanaging medium to high volume projects. Planning andorganizational skills. Higher technical training, preferably inarchitecture, interior design or engineering. Available foroccasional mobility throughout the national territory to meet theneeds of managed projects. High orientation to results andobjectives. Very valuable speaking English.
