For a human-sized and very dynamic fiduciary, composed of around 30 people, located near the Belgian border, we are currently recruiting a Senior Corporate Officer.

The company assists financial companies (SOPARFI/Holdings, SPV, SCSp, alternative investment funds) and has built an excellent reputation for itself on the market. Although they will certainly have a strong yet organic growth in the next few years, they will always keep their personalized service for each client as this is key for them. Your Responsibilities | Senior Corporate Officer Legal Corporate Fiduciaire PSF - PFS

• Your portfolio will be composed of SPV and SCSp for which you handle the day-to-day corporate-legal administration, from the incorporation to the liquidation/dissolution.
• You are in charge of the corporate follow-up of your clients which includes preparing board and shareholder meetings and drafting the minutes, opening bank accounts, approving the annual accounts and more.
• You are the key point of contact for clients and third parties such as lawyers, notaries, banks and Luxembourg authorities.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Senior Corporate Officer Legal Corporate Fiduciaire PSF - PFS

• 4 years or more as a corporate officer in a similar environment (fiduciary, PFS) in Luxembourg is required, and you have thorough experience with alternative investment funds.
• Your strong language skills in English and French allow you to maintain fluent contact with your clients.
• You have a personality that is quite open which will make it easier for you to adapt to a new team and to be welcomed by your colleagues.
• You have developed a good level of autonomy in your role, especially with SPV and ideally SCSp.

• In line with your years of experience but more particularly the autonomy you have acquired, your gross salary can go up to 75.000. In addition to this, you will have meal vouchers and an annual bonus.
• Join a fiduciary that is in full growth in Luxembourg and is a real competitor for some of the largest actors in the country, in terms of prestigious client portfolio. This will offer you the chance to learn continuously and to be stimulated and challenged technically, while being able to count on your manager for help.
• The limited staff turn-over in the team will participate to the comfort and the stability that you will find in this PFS.
