As a Product Manager for Phenom People, you will play a critical role in advancing athena and domain business objectives through the strategic use of technology. This includes working closely with business partners to ensure athena leverages sound business process management techniques, develops thorough business requirements and standard operating procedures (SOPs), adopts best-fit technologies, maximizes application off-the-shelf capabilities, and strategically develops and enhances our Talent Acquisition solution.This role will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive product strategy as well as managing the roadmap for our Phenom/Workday Recruiting technology solutions. You will own complex and/or multiple product areas within the HR system portfolio. This includes collaborating to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into actionable product features and enhancements.Job Responsibilities:Product Strategy & Vision:Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for Phenom, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the recruitment technology space.Product Development:Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, including requirements gathering, prioritization, and roadmap planning.Collaborate when needed to deliver high-quality product features that meet customer needs.Workday Recruiting Expertise:Serve as the Workday Recruiting SME, providing insights and guidance on best practices, integrations, and functionalities.Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize the use of Workday Recruiting within the Phenom ecosystem.Stakeholder Engagement:Engage with customers, partners, and internal teams to gather feedback and validate product concepts.Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries and updates.Training & Support:Develop training materials and conduct workshops for internal teams and customers on Phenom and Workday Recruiting functionalities.Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for users of the Phenom product suite.Typical Qualifications:5+ years of Product Management experience and/or extensive knowledge in Workday Recruiting or Phenom PeopleKnowledge of Phenom People a plusStrong knowledge of Workday Recruiting and its functionalities.Capability of multi-tasking while being highly organized with excellent time management skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Experience creating and executing unit, integration and user acceptance test plans is preferredStrong and effective written, verbal and presentation skills with the ability to collaborate with team members and business stakeholders at all levels of the organizationExperience managing tech in a SOX and SOC1 environment.For candidates in specific locations, please visit the links for pay range information:CaliforniaColoradoNew YorkJersey City (NJ)WashingtonHawaiiAbout athenahealthOur vision: To create a thriving ecosystem that delivers accessible, high-quality, and sustainable healthcare for all.Our locations: From historic 19th-century arsenals to converted landmark power plants, all of athenahealths offices reflect our innovative spirit.
