You will undergo technical training and develop planning, analytical, communication, and teamwork skills. A mentor from the Automation Engineer Team (AE Team) will support your growth. The program includes over 300 hours of theoretical and practical training in areas such as electrical and electronic systems, automation, robotics, project management, and communication. Upon completion, you will be qualified for an Automation Engineer role. During the apprenticeship, you will work on-site with the AE Team, responsible for control systems and sensors: Monitor, fault find, and repair systems to ensure high equipment availability. Train technicians in control systems fault finding. Collaborate within the EU Controls network to monitor and visualize MHE metrics. Participate in or lead continuous improvement projects. Ensure systems are documented and backups maintained in coordination with IT and engineering teams. The role involves non-traditional shifts, including nights and weekends. Remote work is not available. Locations include Piedmont, Lombardy, and Veneto. Basic Qualifications: Age between 18 and 29 years. Bachelor''s degree in Automation Engineering or to be completed before the program start. Fluent Italian and good communication skills. English proficiency at Level B2 or higher. Ability to follow technical instructions. Passion for Automation and Engineering. Motivated with a practical approach. Willingness to learn and develop. Knowledge of MS Office. Proactive and team-oriented. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in electrical engineering or related fields. Project management experience. Software development experience.
