Candidate will manage both forecast / budget activities and variance analysis.The position contributes at the accuracy of monthly closing, weekly indicators respecting deadlines and Dana policies.Moreover, the position participate to studies and action plan together with local management and all departments of the Grand Reggio entities, to provide controlling tools and support to improving the profitability of the business.Main responsibilitiesTo Lead Opex process collaborating with functions, collecting data from them and performing monthly reportsTo Manage ICM (Capex tool) from a controlling standpoint and match data with HFM and our Erp SAP SystemTo Manage Capex process in SAP (new assets, depreciation process, dismissals) for Local and US Gaap purposesTo Manage Pro-Lease System (US Gaap purposes), monthly update and reconciliation with SAP GLTo Analyze actual data, checking variances and supporting functions to propose correcting actionsMain opportunities and challenges :CONTRIBUTION IMPACT TO :Preparation of the rolling forecasts, budget and variance analysisDefinition and follow up with IT of the Improvements SAP neededImplementation of new Dana policies and provide studies required by ManagementMajor Internal Relationships :Local : Controlling, Accounting (local and shared services), HR, Purchase, ENG, IT and SG&AIntragroup : Finance BU and Corporate, Logistic, continuous improvement, other entitiesJob Position RequirementsEducation : University bachelor degree : Graduate economics / accountingProfessional backgroundControlling / Medium and Large companies / (favourite) Manufacturing Plants / 3 Years or moreItalian and English language mandatoryMS Tools (Excel, Power Point, Word)Knowledge of ERP SystemsConsidered as a plus :SAP FI-CO and / or other modulesBusiness Analytics / BISoft SkillsProactivityPractical good senseEngagementFlexibilityStress resistantGood communicationIf you are not contacted within 60 days after your application, the search should be considered filled.
