Hosco Overall Job Purpose The Assistant Food &Beverage Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the overalloperations and strategic goals of the Food & Beveragedepartment. This role assists in managing daily service operationsacross all F&B outlets including restaurants, bars, lounges,banquet services, room service, and any other related services. Theposition is responsible for ensuring superior guest experiencesthrough high-quality service, efficient team leadership, and strictadherence to company standards and regulatory requirements.Responsibilities Assist in managing day-to-day operations ofrestaurants, bars, room service, and event catering (ifapplicable). Supervise and support F&B staff, includingscheduling, training, and performance management. Ensure thehighest standards of service quality and guest satisfaction are metat all times. Maintain inventory levels and assist in orderingsupplies and managing costs. Monitor F&B operations to ensurecompliance with health and safety regulations. Participate inbudgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Coordinate withkitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service.Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Diploma or degree inHospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field. Fluentin both Italian and English. Knowledge of additional languages is aplus - Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Goodknowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations.
