We love AI engineering, problem-solving, and business. We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Director to lead and scale our people function as we grow from 50 to 200 employees. In this high-impact role, you will oversee the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment to onboarding, career development, compensation, mental health, and retention while building a strong, inclusive company culture. ##Career Development Skills Management : Compensation Benefits : Design and manage competitive compensation structures, including performance-based variable pay and benefits packages. 5+ years of experience in HR leadership roles, with at least 3 years as a Head of People or HR Director in a fast-growing environment. ~ Strong background in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, variable compensation, and career development. ~ Fluent in both English and French with excellent communication skills. ~ About You - Bonus Interest in AI, HRTech, and digital transformation.
