NewCold Ferentino is NewCold''s automated cold storage facility. It will be operated to support the production and supply chain activities of leading food processors in the region. The empowered NewCold Ferentino operations team is responsible for safely operating and maintaining the cold store and providing excellent logistics services to our customers.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Ensure all electrical and mechanical systems are maintained and functioning to a high level to have maximum operational efficiency (e.g., cooling system, conveyors, cranes, etc.)
2. Respect maintenance plans according to priority indicated by the maintenance coordinator
3. Update records of maintenance tasks completed and ensure all routine works are checked
4. Report any problems to the manager
5. Maintain a good inventory of Engineering spare parts, tools, and equipment according to weekly plans received
6. Respond efficiently to breakdown conditions to minimize equipment downtime
7. Liaise with maintenance suppliers'' workers to identify the impact of breakdown events
8. Under breakdown conditions, advise management teams about options to solve issues
9. Ability to manage height operations and rescue
10. Always work safely and notify any problems regarding safety
11. Follow all procedures according to legislation and the company QHSE policies and working instructions
12. Be available to provide support for structural site maintenance (e.g., doors retrieval, panels, ramps, hydraulics, green area, etc.)
