Key Responsibilities: In coordination with the localand international Sales, Business Development and Marketingorganizations, key responsibilities will include, but not belimited to, the following: - To form close relationships with endusers, consultants and specifiers in the Video Security Channel topromote the Hanwha brand, and to increase sales and demand forHanwha security products. - To achieve set objectives relating toall relevant sales and product quantity mix. This will involve thestrategic and active analysis of market opportunities, as well asthe ability to influence decision makers and ensuring sales growth.- Strategic planning - Both short and medium term sales planningwill be required on a regular basis following sales workshops, andliaising with the Hanwha Product Management team to share marketinformation. This is to ensure the correct positioning of Hanwhaproducts in the market. Recommendations on marketing plans andnew/revised strategic direction will be discussed with the CountryManager. - Properly manage and develop network of partners(integrators and installer) part of Hanwha channel partnerprogramme (STEP Programme), with responsibility on sales revenuegenerated through assigned Partners - Support activity of StrategicSales Managers for opportunities identified in the assigned regionwithin defined Strategic Vertical Markets - Areas of responsibilitywill include the following (but not limited to): End userconsultations Consultants and specifiers Liaising with major Systemintegrators at senior level Ensure actual customer based are keptupdate with product information Increase project pipeline andrevenue with existing active customers Create a project pipelinewith new customers Report on weekly basis on sales and projectprogress Existing customer audit analysis Product and marketsegmentation, positioning and targeting Input of ideas towardsmarketing plans for new product launches and customer events Focuson product/channel/customer margin Accuracy of forecastingAchievement of all budgets and targets Requirements: - A proventrack record in a business development or sales role, achievingsales in a demanding environment. - Extensive experience of CCTVand associated technologies, or similar market segment, inparticular presenting relevant solutions to end users andconsultants/specifiers - Capability to work independently inunderstanding customer needs, defining solutions and creatingprofessional commercial proposals to customers (system integrators,end-user) - Must have a knowledge of the market, main channels andpotential customers within the electronic security market, IT &Networking. - Previous experience working for a CCTV manufacturerwould be beneficial, but not essential. - Good understanding of newtechnologies, especially network video systems and their topology.- Business or Technical Degree Level Education would beadvantageous - PC Literate - Intermediate & Advanced MicrosoftOffice skills to include Excel - A desire to make a positiveimpact on the market and brand recognition - Ability to developstrong and lasting relationships with both internal companyDirectors / colleagues and key clients - Ability to demonstrateindependent thinking and good clear judgement - Ability todemonstrate motivation of teams to achieve targets - A team player demonstrate success in team situations - Logical and wellorganised with exceptional attention to detail - Displays apro-active approach and is a solution finder - Self-motivated andable to work under own initiative - Project Management, ProductPlanning, and strong communication skills required with the abilityto present at board level to Blue Chip companies, and tocommunicate on all levels in a clear and concise manner - Abilityto work under pressure and to tight deadlines - English Languageessential plus at least the local European language - Clean DrivingLicense Location: This is a field based role, but the jobholderwill ideally live in the Milan area or in the South region. Thisrole will involve extensive travel within Italy on a regular basis,specifically in the assigned area in South Italy, and traveloutside of Italy may be required from time to time.
