Our team in Italy, comprising 170 professionals, values entrepreneurship, expertise, and integrity, shaping the future of real estate.Responsibilities:Fund Administration: Prepare management reports for assigned funds, verify and integrate data from the accounting outsourcer, oversee general accounting, and prepare periodic reports in English. Manage relationships with outsourcers and handle other reporting activities.Fund Financing: Support negotiation of financing contracts, manage contractual obligations and post-closing activities, oversee financial covenants, handle waiver requests, manage derivatives for interest rate and currency risk, and communicate with financing banks.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulations from Banca dItalia and AIFM Directive relevant to Finance.Cash Management: Oversee payments, monitor credits, and manage cash flow across all managed funds.Required Skills and Qualifications:Economic and financial expertise, including accounting knowledge and NAV calculation procedures.Understanding of regulations from Banca dItalia and the EU regarding collective investment management.Previous experience in asset management companies, preferably in real estate, or at least 3-4 years in a Big Four audit firm.Proficiency in written and spoken English.Interpersonal and Business Skills:Excellent team collaboration skills.Strong organizational and management abilities.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Sense of responsibility, proactive attitude, flexibility, and resilience.#J-18808-Ljbffr
