ERP Training & Documentation Specialist
Purpose:
The primary mission of this role is to develop and structure ERP knowledge management within the company. The selected candidate will ensure that key users are well-trained and equipped with high-quality documentation to support end-users effectively. This includes designing and standardizing ERP user guides, process documentation, and training materials to enhance system adoption and efficiency.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain ERP documentation, including user manuals, SOPs, and process guides to ensure clear and accessible system knowledge.
- Design and deliver training programs for key users, enabling them to effectively train end-users within their departments.
- Implement best practices for ERP knowledge management to ensure information is structured, maintained, and continuously improved.
- Act as a point of contact for key users, providing guidance on system functionality and ensuring alignment with best practices.
- Collect user feedback and identify areas for process optimization and system improvement.
- Stay up to date with ERP system updates and ensure training materials and documentation remain current.
- Support key users in handling knowledge-related tickets, resolving gaps in process understanding, and clarifying system functionalities.
- Redirect technical incidents to external support when issues fall outside of process or training gaps.
Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor''s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- Extensive experience in documentation and training related to ERP systems, preferably Business Central.
- Deep understanding of business processes related to finance, supply chain, production, and procurement.
- Proven experience in user support, training, and change management within an ISO-regulated industry.
- Ability to structure and maintain a well-organized knowledge base to facilitate ERP adoption.
- Strong communication skills and assertiveness to navigate resistance to change and enforce best practices.
- Ability to engage with stakeholders in a complex and challenging environment.
