Are youlooking for an exciting opportunity to grow your career? We areseeking a Lead Engineer to our dynamic team at Felps Group. YourKey Responsibilities: Ensure the follow-up of operating activitiesof the datacenter infrastructures, in collaboration with oursuppliers, and in relation with the Site Manager. Your role will beto organize and supervise the management and maintenance of thefollowing main areas: electricity, cooling and ventilation. Inparticular, you will oversee maintenance and improvement work, andmonitor the technical management of major incidents, with thepossible assistance of technical experts. You will also beresponsible for communicating with customers on maintenanceoperations, preventive planning and corrective action management.You will be responsible for: - Anticipating and diagnosinginfrastructure-related problems and planning corrective action. -Supporting our service providers throughout their on-siteinterventions - Proposing corrections linked to procedures (MOP) -Ensure the quality of services delivered by our service providers.- Anticipate and draw up the annual maintenance schedule. - Be adriving force behind proposals for continuous improvement. -Produce all indicators needed to ensure continuity of service.Skills Required: - Significant experience in facility management -Technical expertise in electricity (HV/LV), air conditioning,ventilation and fire safety - Good command of IT tools (Autocad,CMMS, MS project, etc.) - Fluent or bilingual English required -Team spirit - Rigour and method
