As the Facilities Manager, you will oversee and maintain our client's offices across multiple countries, including France, Benelux, and other regions as the company expands. You will ensure these offices are compliant and well-managed, maintaining them in optimal condition, and serve as the key point of contact for all infrastructure-related matters. This role is based in Breda, Netherlands, but requires frequent travel to other locations. Act as the primary point of contact for any issues related to office facilities, including maintenance, compliance, and incidents. Manage relationships with property owners, service providers, and vendors (electricity, heating, maintenance, etc.), including negotiating and renewing contracts as needed. Monitor contracts related to new office acquisitions. Minimum of 4 years' experience in facilities management or multi-site operations. Language proficiency: Fluent in French, Dutch, and English. Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently across international locations. Strong negotiation skills and experience in vendor management. Fully onsite work (with travel to various facilities throughout Europe; First contract with Undutchables Our client is active in the Security industry. They are a distributor for all kinds of smart security items, which they sell in the Benelux. With offices in the Netherlands, Belgium and France, they want to become the industry leader in Belgium and France, while keeping their number 1 position in the Netherlands in mind.
