The Life Science Division of Randstad Professional Leaders Search & Selection , specialized in the recruitment of middle and senior management profiles, is currently seeking, on behalf of a pharmaceutical company based in Milan, a:Hospital Trade AdvisorReporting to the Head of the Specialty & Hospital Business Unit, the Hospital Trade Advisor supports the planning and implementation of trade strategies within the hospital channel. The role is aimed at maximizing value for hospital accounts and purchasing groups, ensuring alignment with both local and global commercial strategies.Key responsibilities include tender planning and analysis, competitive intelligence, pricing strategy support, and forecasting of key hospital products. The Hospital Trade Advisor works closely with internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Demand Planning) as well as external partners (hospital procurement teams and pharmacists), providing strategic insights to support tender decisions and product launches.Main ResponsibilitiesGather competitive intelligence on public tender prices, commercial policies, and differentiating trade services/programsPlan and analyze tenders and contracts across business and customer segments (public vs private)Provide systematic insights to support pricing strategies for tenders and relevant private accountsForecast sales for key hospital products in coordination with relevant internal teamsSupport portfolio rationalization and simplification based on competitive pricing and marginsCollaborate with BD & Launch Planning team to supply analytical inputs (tender prices, volumes, competition) for business case developmentWork with Global Commercial Biosimilars and Global Market Access Teams to leverage cross-country Tender Excellence initiativesRequirements:University degree in a scientific or economic disciplinePrevious experience in hospital tender analysis and market intelligence is preferredStrong skills in financial and business analysisFluency in EnglishExcellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionallyProficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointThe ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, proactive, and able to work independently within a dynamic and fast-paced organization.All genders are welcome to apply (L.903/77).
