You will have the opportunity to work at a company that is redefining personal finance through technological innovation.This is a full time position in our Bogota, Colombia**Responsibilities**:Design and layout interface for both web and mobileWork alongside our marketing and BD teams to design delightful graphics and images for digital marketing contentSupport the business team in the development of company presentations and recruiting material**Requirements**:3-5 years of experience in web and mobile designExperience with creation of graphics, images, icons, mockupsExprerience with HTML/CSS/JavaScript and Photoshop/Illustrator/SketchAbility to work cross-functionally with a distributed team across Engineering, Design and MarketingAn eye for detail is crucialFull proficiency in verbal and written English**Qualities we are looking for in our Hires**:- Forward looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions- Proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability- Emotional maturity- Strong work ethic and self-discipline
