You will play a key role in defining process automation strategies, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems, and optimizing business operations. Working closely with development teams and stakeholders, you will establish best practices for process modeling, orchestration, and governance, contributing to a cutting-edge workflow ecosystem. Design and implement BPMS platforms and process automation solutions Collaborate with business and technical teams to align process automation with strategic goals Optimize workflows for efficiency, scalability, and performance Drive innovation in workflow automation and digital transformation initiatives Extensive experience in BPMS platforms and workflow automation Understanding of microservices, event-driven architecture, and cloud solutions Hands-on experience with workflow orchestration and process governance Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts Knowledge of security, compliance, and data governance in process automation Experience in Agile methodologies and DevOps practices Good English skills, both written and spoken ITDS Business Consultants is involved in many various, innovative and professional IT projects for international companies in the financial industry in Europe.
