responsibilities :
- Provide first- and second-line support for users of Microsoft Business Central.
- Support users in their daily use of Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, and Power Apps.
- Identify and implement improvements in Business Central to streamline workflows.
- Contribute to the development and management of our CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) tool.
- Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external IT partners for technical and functional matters.
- Create and maintain documentation, including user manuals and process guides.
requirements-expected :
- You have a strong interest in Microsoft technologies, especially Office 365, SharePoint, and the Power Platform (Power Apps).
- Experience with ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Business Central) is a strong advantage.
- You are proactive, analytical, and a strong communicator.
- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
