Youll collaborate with developers,designers, customer account, and project stakeholders, reportingdirectly to the Business Analyst Manager. The work youll do: -Perform business and systems analysis to optimize processes andimprove end-to-end user experience through application re-designand functional changes, and AI-driven enhancements. - Collaboratewith clients to understand their tender management needs andobjectives. - Gather and define the business requirements forsoftware development. - Document business requirements, userstories, functional specifications and identified gaps, detailingthe new software features and enhancements - Interact daily withcustomers through requirement gathering sessions, solution proposalpresentations, and feature demonstrations - Act as Project Manager,monitoring project progress and ensuring timely delivery ofsolutions. - Work closely with software developers, UI/UXdesigners, IT and QA teams to ensure the successful implementationof software solutions. - Support Customer Service and Developmentteam analyzing and troubleshooting issues and bugs, identifyingpossible future enhancements to improve user experience. The skillsyou bring: - Fluency in English and Italian. - Bachelors degree inBusiness, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent. -Proven experience as a Business Analyst or related role, preferablyin software development projects. - Ability to understand businessrequirements and convert them into solution designs. - Proficientin data analysis tools and techniques. - Strong analytical,problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. - Work in astructured manner and quickly comprehend new topics andinterrelationships. - Detail and results-oriented with an abilityto work in a cross-functional, fast-paced, and constantly evolvingenvironment. - Great communication and interpersonal skills. -Understanding of software support end-to-end business processesEven better: - Experience in Consulting, Cloud/SaaS Business, orLife Sciences and Software fields. - Understanding of tendermanagement processes and industry standards. - Knowledge of SAP,JDE ERP systems. - Familiarity with project management activities,agile methodologies and software development life cycle. -Familiarity with AI concepts (e.g. process automation, naturallanguage processing, predictive analytics) - Proficiency withExcel, SQL and Tableau. - Proficiency in creating process flowdiagrams, wireframes, and user stories. - Knowledge of businessprocess modeling and documentation. - Certification in BusinessAnalysis (e.g., CBAP) or AI-related is a plus.
