Your role will involveproviding high-quality support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring aseamless customer experience in the financial sector. KeyResponsibilities: Serve as the primary contact for customers,addressing inquiries related to banking products and services viaphone, email, and chat. Ensure clear and professionalcommunication in German. Assist customers with account-relatedqueries, transactions, and general banking support. Stay up todate with financial regulations and compliance standards. Buildand maintain strong relationships by delivering exceptionalservice. Collaborate with team members to share knowledge andbest practices. Jouw profiel Qualifications and Requirements: -Fluent in German to effectively engage with customers. - Good levelof Dutch, French or English to communicate internally - Strongcommunication skills and a customer-centric mindset. - Priorexperience in customer service, banking, or finance is a plus, buta proactive attitude and willingness to learn are just asimportant.
