We are looking for a Board of Management Corporate Office Intern within the Corporate Office and Commercial Programming Head Office based in Milan.
Activities:
- prepare various types of meetings helping in, among other things, organizing and preparing the content of meeting materials, coordinating the input collection, taking the minutes and their distribution, all in English or Italian.
- communicate and cooperate with departments across the E.ON legal entities in Italy and vs the E.ON Group.
- steer cross-functional key company projects
- assist with the implementation of the Boards decisions into the company, supporting the communication cascade. You will have the unique opportunity to work with the board of management in the daily tasks and the chance to participate to key company discussions.
Requirements:
- university degree (preferably in economics or management engineering)
- high level communicational skills in oral and written expression, in both Italian and English
- strategic thinking, responsibility, independence, reliability, confidentiality, and discretion
- strong organizational and time management skills
- ability to negotiate and work under pressure
- proactive approach, goal-oriented, result-oriented, and open mind
- high work commitment, flexibility
