At ING we are looking for Process Data Specialist - Investment Back OfficeYour role and work environment:We are looking for a talented and enthusiasticInvestment Products Process Data Specialistto join ourInvestment ExpertTeam ofProducts Tribe (COO Domain )where we aim to develop and control processes of investment products in a simple and efficient manner, while we have a lot of fun!Within this expert team you will be an Investment Products Process Data Specialist, so you develop and control processes of investment products, focused to the E2E Customer Journey, from the acquisition - onboarding phase of an investment products and continue in the customer experience with the purpose to handle day to day operations, process, and delivery for our retail customers. You aim at improving the efficiency investment processes performance an identify opportunities delight customers.Main product lines to make this happen are brokerage, mutual funds and pension plans.Your key responsibilities:As anInvestment Products and Processes specialist, you will:Act asfirst-linesupervisor of a team providing customer service support and play akey rolein helping to achieve targets in areas such as productivity or turnaround times; Monitor End-to-end processes, ensuring their operation, detection of technical issues andsearch for solutionsbased on Data; Identify the products orservices that best meet the customer's stated needs,use personal expertiseto propose quantities and product configurations; Investigatestandard incidents using current regulatory and compliance processes, systems and procedures, andtake actionto solveimmediate compliance issues.Data fluency reporting: Comprehend, define, select, and analyze data to gain insights from operational side thatenhance the decision-making process ; create reports for operational areas (MicroStrategy, Excel, Power Point, etc..); Challenge and analyzecurrent processes, both operational and customer visions; Measurement relevant KPIs, obtaining operational data, analysis of evolutions, trends and volumes seeking improvements thatincrease customer satisfaction and cost efficiency ; Collaboration / day-to-day teamwork with suppliers. Detect incidents in the processes of external providers, report incidents and track them. Track processes with suppliers, propose improvement measures and measurements that establish the effectiveness of the actions implemented.All this with maximum protection to the customer and looking for being the best in class in the demanding regulatory framework (CNMV, but not limited to).What are we looking for?Want to know if this job is made for you?
