Krakw - based opportunity with hybrid work model (6 days/month in the office). As a Network Enforcement Points Security Engineer, you will be working for our client, a global financial institution with a strong presence in digital services and cybersecurity innovation. You will be part of a team focused on improving and implementing network security controls that protect against sophisticated network-based threats. This project plays a critical role in supporting the client's global cybersecurity defence strategy. Reviewing business and IT projects to ensure alignment with network security requirements Identifying and driving improvements to the network security posture Applying expert knowledge to assess and mitigate network security risks Collaborating with global stakeholders and cybersecurity teams Leading project engagements and managing successful technical outcomes Coaching team members on best practices in cybersecurity and enforcement point engineering Documenting processes and creating reports for senior cybersecurity leadership Deep understanding of network security controls, threats, and mitigation strategies Proven background in network security engineering or architecture Familiarity with cybersecurity data analysis, including log reviews Experience managing large-scale security projects or engagements Ability to write clear documentation and deliver presentations to technical and non-technical audiences It is a strong plus if you have: Azure, AWS)Hands-on experience with automation and scripting (e.G.
