We are seeking a versatile Bauleiter:in (Construction Manager) 80-100% based in Bern or Interlaken, to succeed a retiring colleague. We are a renowned architectural firm with approximately 25 employees, developing innovative concepts and executing complex projects from residential homes to high-altitude mountain railways.

Ideal Candidate

• HF Techniker:in Bauplanung, Bauleiter HF, or equivalent
• Proficient in Messerli Bauadministration
• Enthusiastic about modern work tools
• Passionate about construction work across all SIA phases
• Excellent German language skills
• Knowledgeable of Swiss building regulations and standards
• Assertive, resilient, helpful, and team-oriented
• Professional and efficient working methods

Responsibilities

• Manage medium to large new build and renovation projects in Bern Oberland and Mittelland
• Handle tenders and contractual matters
• Oversee schedule and budget management
• Organize and supervise construction execution
• Contribute to internal forums for method and process development
