Our Global Marketing and Communications Department is a dynamic business area with responsibility for leading BNP Paribas to become the number one brand in the Banking area.The Client Insight team is now looking for a Client Insight Officer that will contribute to the excellence and reliability of data in clients projects.**Responsibilities**:The Client Insight Officer will give support and contribute in the following tasks/areas:- Coordinate Industry surveys (contribute to management, analysis and reporting)- Coordinate Ad hoc surveys (contribute to design, analysis and reporting)- Management of client satisfaction survey (contribute and give support to the presentation and ad hoc data manipulation)- Support client sentiment initiative- Provide direction and guidance for the production of digital Analytics reportingProfile- Academic degree completed (Social sciences, mathematics, statistics and economics as preferences)- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a market research team/company/agency (mandatory)- Experience in designing, fielding and analysing surveys, synthesising quantitative data and connecting insights to business.- Excellent level of English (verbal and written)- Good knowledge of Excel, Statistical analysis and PowerPoint- Good data analysis and communication and presentation skills- Attention to detail, collaborative mindset, self-motivated, ability to work independently and within a team- Available for a 7 months project
