As a Client Service Support Specialist within the Private Bank, you will be the primary support person for service-related execution. You will support our Client Service team across all regions based in Geneva, delivering high-quality service to our clients and ensuring the smooth execution of all daily tasks within strict deadlines. This is a non-client facing role that requires adaptability, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Previous experience in a similar role within the financial services and/or banking industry is an advantage.
Job Responsibilities
- Enter data and initiate processes, mainly payment transfer inputs.
- Manage daily inquiries accurately, within established deadlines, and in accordance with existing policies and procedures.
- Work within a team to execute daily transactions, mainly payment instructions, and liaise and follow-up with internal teams for transfer issues.
- Assist the team in producing monitoring reports for daily transactions, as well as verify and maintain data quality.
- Verify signatures of instructions received from clients.
- Participate in special projects and UAT testing for IT enhancements as assigned by the Team Manager.

- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business and technology environment, utilizing all available tools and resources to service clients efficiently.
- Understand and comply with the regulations, policies, and procedures applicable to these products and services, and grasp the potential financial liabilities if not executed properly.
- Be consistently detail-oriented and results-focused when dealing with high volumes.
- Be a team player with the ability to work well with multiple stakeholders and team members.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Previous experience in a similar role within the financial services and/or banking industry is an advantage.
- Additional languages are a plus.
