Birn+Partners is growing in the Netherlands and that is why we are looking for consultants; As a consultant with us, you will be part of a team of dedicated colleagues who will give you the necessary professional sparring, training in concepts, help and support, as well as give you a good and positive community.
You will be responsible for sales/delivery of our services: strategic advice to directors, executive search of key people, assessment of managers, coaching to managers the first 100 days in a new job, team development and sales of our board education and related counselling. Or you can bring your own unique service to our company?
We work closely with our team of experienced and highly skilled support functions within research and project management. Our group functions will help you become successful; Marketing Manager, Academy Manager, Business Support Manager, Research team, Ambassadors, Assessment center, Mentors, who all help to make your everyday life better and more efficient as well as ensure your personal development.
Our expectations of you are many, but most importantly you have great business understanding, commercial flair and that you have a background either as a consultant or as a manager in the private sector. Presumably, you have an educational background at graduate level and have achieved success in extroverted functions throughout your career. You communicate well in both Dutch and English, are independent and can prioritise your own time.
