Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Excellence in F1
- Identify and sourcetop-tier candidatesto fill existing vacancies, ensuring alignment with team objectives.
- Providestrategic guidanceto HR Business Partners, attracting and securingexceptional talentfrom both within and beyond the F1 industry.
- Collaborate and leadcross-functional projectswithin the Employee Experience team to enhance recruitment strategies.
- Monitor, report, and optimiserecruitment performance indicators, actively managing vacancies within your scope.
- Drivecontinuous improvementin recruitment processes, ensuring an outstandingcandidate experiencefrom application to onboarding.
- Build and nurture astrong talent pipeline, fostering relationships with line managers and executives to understand hiring needs and implement best practices.
- Maintainaccurate and timely dataon the HRIS platform, ensuring seamless tracking of recruitment activities and stages.
- Be a proactive team player, supporting colleagues and contributing to broader team initiatives.
Your profile
- Relevant experience of full recruitment cycle and experience with REC, HR, or CRM Systems.
- Passionate about active sourcing with high self-discipline and experience in working under pressure in a dynamic and challenging environment.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and handle multiple vacancies and projects.
- The ability to communicate effectively and meet stakeholder needs is essential to build strong partnerships across the team and throughout the recruitment process.
- Support and drive hiring processes as well as time to hire to new speed.
- Fully proficient in English language skills. German language skills are desirable but not essential.
