We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with 5-7 years of experience in requirements management within complex application development projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and reporting requirements, collaborating with multiple development teams. Tasks: Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders. Analyze and translate business needs into technical specifications. Prepare and maintain requirements traceability matrices. Report on requirements status and progress to stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional development teams to ensure requirements are understood and met. Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to review and validate requirements. Assist in the development and implementation of project plans. Requirements: 5-7 years of experience in requirements gathering, traceability matrix preparation, and reporting. Proven ability to work effectively in a cross-development team environment. Knowledge or experience in the banking or payments sector (mandatory). Familiarity with ISO standards, SWIFT message types, and related technologies (preferred).
